Nothing But Noodles: Your Go-To Spot for Flavorful Asian-Italian Fusion

Every single thing was delicious the best pad tai I’ve had.. usually it’s dry but nothing but noodles isn’t dry at all! The flavors are amazing the mozz breadsticks are large and delicious as well as the potstickers nice and crispy!! Can’t wait to order again!

I ordered the spicy pad Thai noodle dish however I did not want it very spicy. I asked for the sauce on the side and the gentleman at the cash register said no problem. It is a nice size dish of noodles and everything was delicious.

Nothing but Noodles (Rea Rd location) is a must see stop in Charlotte. Though MANY restaurants try, none have mastered the Tuscan-Asian fusion quite like NBN (Nothing but Noodles). We were a bit shocked to discover that one of dishes we ordered contained no noodles (we were expecting it to be nothing but noodles). Despite the mix up, there was a shining light throughout the meal that refused to be dimmed… And this lights name was…Walker M. Jacks! Walker Jacks’ attention to detail, his dedication to service, and his friendly demeanor were impossible to ignore. I think we can all agree that WJ (Walker Jacks) elevates the dining experience to that of a Michelin Star Restaurant. With Walker Jacks close by, I let go of all the stress from my daily life and knew I was in good hands. If Nothing But Noodles knows what’s good for them, Walker Jacks will get an immediate raise. This is our first stop when we visit my sister. Always Delicious! We are visiting from Tennessee and this is our go to for lunch or dinner. The staff is helpful when we want to try a new dish. Never disappoints. Spicy Japanese and southwest chipotle yummy!

I love the atmosphere of this place! It reminds me of a 2000-2010 Subway or Barnes and Nobles before modern remodeling. Very nostalgic and cozy! We ordered the Stuffed Pasta, Fettuccini Alfredo, and Pesto Pasta. The stuffed pasta was very filling and got a little tiring after a while because of the strong spinach stuffing. Overall, the food was great. Love the breadsticks.

Favorite pasta restaurant in town!!! Huge variety of options on the menu. Always fresh and perfectly made. Great service. Affordable prices, a lot of bang for your buck here! Favorite dishes here are the Beef Stroganoff, Shrimp Scampi (gluten free), Fettuccine Alfredo, and kids love the Mac & Cheese. Don’t forget extra bread sticks!!!

Everyone was great except for the female manager on duty. Didn't get her name but she should really be trained as a leader and in hospitality. Not sure if she's just a manager or district manager. She wore plain clothes and was not in uniform behind the counter so, I am assuming she's in a management position. She wasn't friendly at all. The older gentleman and younger manager, were great! The food was really good. I got the Shanghai Asian Noodles . Very flavorful, a tad spicy just like I like it. I didn't know a noodle place could become one of my favorites. Their key lime pie was exceptional. The best I've had. Overall I would have given a 5 star but didn't because of the female representative.

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo and Chicken Pad Thai are absolutely delicious!
